About Premier Foot & Ankle - Podiatrist in Macomb County Michigan - Steve_and_Anthony_(1)Dr. Militello strives to perform quality and comforting foot care for all his patient’s podiatric needs. Dr. Militello grew up in Shelby Township, MI and after graduating from De LaSalle Collegiate High School, he attended the University of Michigan. He earned his medical degree at The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and went on to complete a comprehensive three-year foot and ankle reconstructive surgical residency at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals. During residency, he had intense training in Diabetic Limb Salvage and Reconstruction, Foot and Ankle Trauma, and Wound Care. Dr. Militello takes great pride in treating his patients as his own family members. Dr. Militello is on staff at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital and Troy Beaumont Hospital.

Dr. LaLama grew up in Sterling Heights, MI and after graduating from Stevenson High School, he attended Oakland University where he was a member of the OU baseball team. He earned his medical degree at The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and went on to complete a comprehensive three-year foot and ankle reconstructive surgical residency at St. John Providence Hospitals. During residency, he had intense training in Diabetic Limb Salvage and Reconstruction, Foot and Ankle Trauma, and Wound Care. Dr. LaLama is compassionate and attentive to your podiatric needs. Dr. LaLama is on staff at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital and Providence/Providence Park Hospital.

Dr. Berkowitz grew up in Clinton Township and currently resides in Bloomfield, MI. She attended High School at Notre Dame Preparatory and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. She went on to Kent State University to earn her medical degree in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery. Following medical school, she completed her three-year residency training in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Certification at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals. In addition to caring for patients at Premier Foot and Ankle, Dr. Berkowitz treats patients at the Wound Care Center at Providence Park Novi Campus and the Amputation Prevention Center at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. She is on staff at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital and Providence/Providence Park Hospital.

Dr. LaLama treats patients at the Amputation Prevention Center at Providence Hospital Southfield, MI on Wednesdays 8am - 4pm
Dr. Berkowitz treats patients at the Amputation Prevention Center at Providence Hospital Southfield from 8 am-12 noon as well as at the Providence Park Novi Wound Care Center Thursday from 1:00-5:00pm
